Terms & Conditions

Commitment & Renewal

By enrolling in a Majesty Day Spa membership (“Crown Society Club”), you agree to a minimum three (3) month commitment. After the initial term, your membership will auto-renew monthly on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with thirty (30) days’ written notice. Membership pricing, benefits, and policies apply as listed at the time of enrollment, unless updated per the Policy Updates section below.

 

Cancellation & Written Notice

After the initial 3-month commitment, cancellations require 30 days’ written notice. Your membership and benefits remain active through the end of the notice period. Membership fees are non-refundable, and unused services do not convert to cash, credit, or retail value unless explicitly stated in your tier benefits.

 

Freeze Policy

After completing your first three (3) months, you may request a membership freeze for up to sixty (60) days per calendar year at no additional cost. Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to confirmation. During a freeze, billing may be paused and membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until the membership is reactivated.

 

Individual Use Only

Memberships are exclusive to one individual and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or split. All services, rewards, perks, and discounts apply only to the named member, except where a guest pass or friend privilege is specifically included in your tier.

 

Tier-Specific Benefits

Benefits vary by tier and may include items such as service credits, enhancements, premium-date waivers, guest passes, retail discounts, salt room sessions, valet perks, and rollover privileges. Members are responsible for reviewing their tier benefits. Any perk not explicitly stated as included in your tier is not guaranteed.

 

Booking Responsibility & Member Pricing

Members are responsible for scheduling their own appointments each month. To receive member pricing and tier benefits, your membership must be active and associated with your client profile at the time of booking. We recommend booking in advance for peak dates (evenings, weekends, holidays) to ensure the best availability.

 

Operational Guidelines & Fair-Use Limits

To preserve a premium experience and fair access for all members:

  • Membership usage is limited to one major service per day and no more than four (4) major services per week.

  • Membership enrollment is limited to a maximum of twenty-five (25) members per membership tier/category to protect availability and service quality.

  • Majesty Day Spa reserves the right to enforce these limits to maintain an exceptional standard of care.

Unused Services & Rollover

Unused membership services expire at the end of the billing period unless your tier explicitly includes rollover. If rollover is included, unused services may carry forward only within the specified timeframe and cannot be stacked beyond the allowed window. Membership services do not convert to cash, refunds, or retail credit.

 

Gratuity, Upgrades & Add-Ons

Gratuity is not included in membership pricing. Enhancements, upgrades, add-on services, and retail purchases may be added at checkout at current rates or at any applicable member-exclusive pricing. Certain premium upgrades may require additional fees, even when booked alongside membership services.

 

Premium-Date Fees & Special Event Policies

Premium-date fees may apply on weekends, holidays, and special event dates to support increased demand and staffing. Members receive premium-date benefits based on their tier, which may include waived fees or a limited number of waived premium-date visits per month. If a premium-date benefit is not available in your tier, standard policies apply.

 

Policy Updates, Misuse & Membership Integrity

Majesty Day Spa reserves the right to update membership terms, pricing, or included benefits with advance notice, when applicable. Misuse of membership privileges—including sharing benefits, repeated no-shows, policy abuse, or behavior that disrupts operations—may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits at our discretion. We are committed to maintaining an elevated experience for all guests and members.
