What group sizes can you accommodate?
Most group events are ideal for 6 guests. Larger groups may be accommodated based on location and availability.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 7–14 days in advance when possible. Some dates may be available sooner depending on the season.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. Every event is customized based on your location, services, group size, and timing.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on location, services selected, guest count, and any enhancements. Your coordinator will provide a full proposal after your request.
Is a deposit required?
Yes—your date is reserved once the deposit is received and the proposal is approved.
Can guests choose different services?
Yes. We can build a flow that allows options while keeping the event running smoothly.
What should we wear/bring?
Your coordinator will guide you based on your location. For off-site experiences, we’ll provide simple prep instructions and timing.
Do you allow food and beverages?
This depends on the location and event style. Your coordinator will confirm options in your proposal.
