This policy explains what Majesty Day Spa collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only — information you give us in the spa, or over the phone, is handled under the same principles but is not described here.
The short version. We collect what you type into our contact form so we can reply to you. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers, and booking and payment happen on Booker.com under their own policy, not ours.

What this website collects
The contact form. When you send us a message we receive the name, email address and message you entered. We use it to answer you and to arrange a treatment if that is what you asked for. We keep it only as long as it is useful for that.
Your shopping bag. If you add a product to the bag, that list is stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device, is never sent to us as you browse, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Ordinary server records. Like most websites, our host records requests made to the server — including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to keep the site working and secure.
What this website does not do
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not take card details on this website. Purchases and bookings are completed on Booker.com.
- We do not ask for health information through this website. Anything relevant to your treatment is collected in the spa, in person.
Other services this site relies on
Booker.com. Booking, gift certificates and memberships are handled by Booker. Following one of those links takes you to their platform, where their privacy policy applies and any details you enter are given to them, not to us.
Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, so your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them.
Google reviews. The reviews shown on our home page are the public reviews left on our Google Business Profile, together with the reviewer's public display name and profile photo as Google publishes them. We display them; we do not collect them from you. If you would like a review of yours removed from our website, email us and we will take it down, though you will need to edit or delete it in Google to change it at the source.
Our web host. The site is hosted by Hostinger, who process the server records described above on our behalf.
Cookies and similar storage
This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. It uses your browser's local storage to remember your shopping bag between visits. Our staff dashboard, which is not part of the public website, uses a session cookie strictly to keep staff signed in.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@yourmajestyspa.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the home page.
